Sources are saying that Hilary Duff will be making her way back to TV, this time with NBC. Hilary Duff, as you may know (or not) starred in Disney's Lizzie McGuire show, and has now reportedly signed a 1 year deal with NBC for her own TV series. Hilary will also be appearing in upcoming feature films "Safety Glass", "Greta" and "Stay Cool" which are scheduled for release in 2009.

Well it looks like Joe kicked Taylor Swift to the curb for Camilla Belle. She has about 3 years on him, so what, way to go Joe, brunettes FTW!

A source says "They are not public about it but they've just been haning out with their friends and Joe's brothers. They are very private about it." Not so private anymore, eh?

Last night, Lindsay Lohan partied it up in the DJ booth with Sam in a Las Vegas night club. Apparently, while Sam was distracted, a man stole the spot light with Lindsay and they both got their grind on. Check out the video at the link below.

Over the weekend, Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend were seen coming out of the movies. Miley looks to be wearing a "promise ring" in the photo above. It looks like the relationship is serious, making promises and all -- good for her.

Not only do the Jonas Brothers wear purity rings but they are now wearing necklaces as well. However this isn't just jewelry. They partnered up with Bayer Diabetes Care to promote November's diabetes month. The meaning of the necklace is to support those who suffer from diabetes. The dog tags have the lyrics of the song "A Little Bit Longer" on them which was written by Nick Jonas about his struggle with diabetes. All proceeds will go to the Change for the Children Foundation.

Sources say Miley's mother Tish has a crush on Justin Gaston. She recently helped him get his own Los Angeles party pad without Miley present. Why is she helping him out so much? Does Miley find this as suspicious as her fans do? Is Tish really trying to move in on Miley's man?

After police discovered several guns in Katt Williams' car he was arrested on weapons charges. That same night he was due to be onstage for his sold out stand-up comedy show at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Unfortunately his fans had to wait a half hour for the show to start because Katt was being bailed out of jail at the same time. His $25,000 bond was posted at the Manhattan Criminal Court. When he finally showed up at Carnegie Hall he made references to his arrest during the show. I guess he was trying to make light of the situation.

Rapper Mos Def is now Most Wanted due to an altercation back in August with photographer Volker Corell. The Vegas police are now looking for him because of the warrant that he has for his arrest. Sources say that he ripped Corell's camera off of his neck, smashed it into the ground, and then took off with the broken equipment. Corell claims to have suffered a cut on his left hand from the fight. The charges that he is now facing are felony robbery and malicious destruction of private property. Apparently Mos Def has a history of hating paparazzi. However Corell didn't know who Mos Def was until the altercation occurred.

Sources say that Jason Wahler of the show "The Hills" is being ordered to pay $5,000 for assaulting a truck driver. Back in 2006 Wahler roughed up a truck driver claiming it was in self defense. He said that he was trying to protect not only himself but his girlfriend Kristen DeLuca as well. Despite the fact that he says it was self defense Wahler and DeLuca were both sued by the truck driver. While Wahler still struggles in court DeLuca paid $3,000 to get out of the lawsuit back in August. A jury just found Wahler used excessive force and harmed Dario Stevenson in that incident -- and that he was doing more than just protecting himself and GF Kristen DeLuca. We're told the jury is going back in to determine punitive damages against Wahler -- which are in addition to the damages for Stevenson's pain and suffering. DeLuca paid $3K to get the hell out of the suit back in August.

Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake were supposed to be performing with Madonna at the Dodger's Stadium that is until the roof and stage collapsed. Sources say that the stadium will be fixed in time for them to perform so no worries. However many are wondering how this happened in the first place.
